Tried the entire "Disable AutoTuning" Vista has - still no change. My ISP has no idea as well. Tried researching the net for similar problems - found many many many people with similar problems - though no solution. So far, I had the same experience with three different Vista PCs and two different wireless networks and each time, enabling the SSID broadcast for the initial connection between the Vista PC and the network solved the problem.
