If i press pyvcp button and then the remote start button the program run fine. How can i build a delay in hal? You might not need the delay. What happens if you just add halui. When I created a 5K intermediate plan, the second workout is 7 miles. After school, Hal competed 8 times in the Olympic Trials, notching his best finish as 5th place at the Trials in the meter steeplechase.

In the Boston Marathon, Hal placed 5th overall and was the first American finisher Subscribe to our mailing list for advice from Hal, training tips, and updates on our programs and apps.
